When someone in your life is going through cancer treatments, it means so much to feel supported by the community where you live. I’ve seen it firsthand with everything that my family has been through since my wife’s diagnosis. We consider ourselves lucky to have received such an outpouring of love that helped us get through the most difficult days. Not everyone is that lucky. That’s why I’m honored to play even a small role in this amazing organization.
I am a marketing professional and hope to use those skills to bring more awareness to The December 5th Fund. Families dealing with cancer need an organization like this to help ease their burdens, even if it’s only for one day. In order to help more families, more people need to know about the work being done by this team and our army of volunteers.
In addition to my love of helping others, I enjoy a good bourbon, the St. Louis food and beer scene, watching the Blues and Cardinals, and spending time with my son, daughter and wife.
